First Shipments Dispatched from ACS India Manufacturing Plant

Construction has completed at ACS’s newest production facility in India and the first parts produced at this facility were shipped earlier this month. This 64,000 square foot facility with expansion potential is now producing pyrotechnic airbag filters for our world-leading automotive safety product line. Our machine shop in Monterrey, Mexico has supplied this India location with a complete set of ACS-made machines allowing for the manufacture of additional product lines in the future. Our expansion in India is a significant addition to our existing global footprint, giving ACS the ability to leverage our expertise and capabilities for production in the local Indian market.
