“In many cases, we control nearly every stage of production, including processing raw materials, such as drawing wire to its final diameter; knitting, weaving, and expanding mesh on ACS equipment; and final part manufacturing,” Chris notes.
By managing a large portion of our production in-house, we are able to uphold high quality standards while remaining flexible and responsive to customer requirements. This level of control enhances consistency and enables us to meet highly demanding specifications.
Our in-house machine development capabilities further strengthen this advantage.
“We also have in-house machine designers who develop custom equipment that is manufactured internally by the ACS machine shop.”
